Terms of use

Centralizator is an internal tool belonging to AEROCAR ONE SRL (trading as AeroCar, VAT RO45323141), through which the team answers customer messages received on WhatsApp, Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger.

It is not a service offered to the public. There is no sign-up, no customer account, and nothing is sold through it.

Only AeroCar employees and contractors for whom an administrator has created a named account. Accounts are personal: they are not shared, lent or transferred. When the working relationship ends, the account is deactivated.

• Customer conversations are opened only to answer their requests or to complete an order.
• The content of a conversation is not copied, redistributed or made public outside AeroCar.
• Customer data is not used for unsolicited commercial messages.
• Credentials are not written down where others can reach them and are not disclosed to anyone, colleagues included.
• Any suspicion of unauthorised access is reported to an administrator immediately.

Customer personal data passes through these conversations. How it is processed is set out in the Privacy Policy. Using the application means abiding by that policy and by data protection law.

The application is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted service. It depends on Meta’s platforms and on Google Cloud infrastructure; an outage at either interrupts message delivery here too. We may take it down for maintenance or change how it works without prior notice.

AeroCar is not liable for messages left undelivered by external platforms, nor for losses arising from use of the application for any purpose other than the one described here. Use contrary to these terms results in access being revoked and, where applicable, in disciplinary or legal consequences.
